ADVOCACY TEAM

The Advocacy team focuses on increasing awareness about gender-based violence and promoting the Empower Lab’s message and research findings through various media, including social media and the Empower Lab’s monthly newsletter. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to advocate for survivors of sexual- and gender-based violence and interact with the community! 

This team is also responsible for facilitating conversations about gender-based violence by encouraging lab members to use their own voices and take action.
